A few pesky showers today will kick off an active period of weather with waves of cold fronts along with scattered rain and snow showers.

TODAY

An area of low pressure and a cold front will produce variable cloud cover and scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 10 mph.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 50s over the interior, upper 50s to lower 60s along the I-95 corridor, and mid to upper 50s along the coast.

TONIGHT

High pressure will build into the region with clearing skies.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 10 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast.

TOMORROW

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast.

TOMORROW NIGHT

High pressure will produce with scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 10 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior, mid to upper 30s in the suburbs, and upper 30s to lower 40s in urban areas.

WEDNESDAY

High pressure will exit the region with increasing clouds.  A cold front will approach in the evening with scattered showers.  Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 50s over the interior and lower to mid-60s along the coast.

THURSDAY

A cold front will exit in the morning with scattered showers.  Some snow may mix in for the highest elevations.  Skies will clear in the afternoon.  Winds will veer to the northwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts over 25 mph.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast.

FRIDAY

High pressure will produce scattered clouds.  Low temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior, lower to mid-30s in the suburbs, and mid-30s in urban areas.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast.

SATURDAY

A cold front will produce variable clouds and scattered showers.  Low temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast.  High temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast.

MONDAY

A series of troughs will produce scattered rain/snow showers over the interior and scattered showers along the coast.  Low temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast.  High temperatures will range from the mid to upper 30s over the interior, lower to mid-40s along the I-95 corridor, and mid to upper 40s along the immediate coast.
